Your challenge
You will be based at our Athens Headquarters, working within the Commercial Department, reporting directly to the Commercial Director of Allianz Trade in Greece. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the commercial team, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes and excellent customer service. This entry-level role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced commercial environment.
You will be primarily responsible for the following activities:
- Assist the Sales team with data entry, visit preparation, proposal generation, and pipeline management
- Maintain organized & accurate digital and physical files
- Oversee the company’s call center operations, ensuring efficiency, responsiveness, and high-quality service delivery.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and redirect them to appropriate team members.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
You are an ideal candidate, if you possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Very good command of Business English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in a Sales Support or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, positive, solutions oriented approach.
- Comfortable working under pressure, delivering prompt and accurate service.
We utilize Artificial Intelligence powered tools and encourage candidates with a basic understanding of commonly used platforms, as well as an awareness of best practices and the potential risks associated with AI in the workplace to apply.
