The ideal candidate will follow a structured training Sales Program which incorporates all the soft & technical skills development for all areas of speciality (Life & Health Insurance, Financial & Investment Planning, B(2C)2B).

As a new Finance & Insurance Specialist you will be trained to Athens Headquarters located at Glyfada, to provide complete and cohered solutions that will meet the changing needs of our clients by customizing a policy that works for their lives and their assets. We expect to deepen and develop client relationships, so that you assure them of our dedication and thereby secure loyalty impacting in that way the security of their life plans & business objectives.

As a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success will give the added value to the Direct Sales Office in Athens, Glyfada. The Finance & Insurance Specialist role demands a person with a sharp mind and the ability to boost sales and customer acquisition and retention.

Candidate profile

• BS Degree or equivalent

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize

• Open to new challenges

• Mircrosoft programs user

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Willing to invest time on building a career in a long lasting, emerging market
