Within Ydrogios’ Actuarial Department, the candidate will participate in the pricing process. The Pricing Analyst will join the existing team, reinforcing the pricing procedure, analyzing the risk characteristics, developing actuarial pricing models and highlighting the special parameters that affect pricing. She/he will support the development of the new pricing techniques.
Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics-financial or actuarial disciplines,
· Master’s Degree is essential,
· 2-4 years of experience in non-life insurance and/or consultancy environment,
· Actuarial Qualifications would be an asset,
· Good knowledge in actuarial reserving and pricing techniques,
· Good knowledge of actuarial pricing tool,
· Analytical and reporting skills,
· Fluency in English and Greek spoken and written,
· Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
· Goal-oriented and problem-solving skills,
· Critical thinking and integrity,
· Open-minded to new approaches and ability to challenge usual practices.
