Communications Executive (Corporate & Marketing Communications)
Location: Athens, Greece
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Communications Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring a wide range of corporate and marketing communications activities that are aligned with the company’s goals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with strong planning skills to play a vital part in the creation and implementation of communication plans, craft impactful content, manage digital and corporate communication assets, support press office and CSR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing in shaping, executing and monitoring the company’s marketing and communication plan and budget allocation.
- Create compelling content for different communication channels, including media releases, social media, newsletters, internal communications.
- Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertising.
- Manage communication for CSR initiatives and assist with the planning and execution of company events.
- Support media relations activities and press activities.
- Collaborate closely with external PR, digital, and advertising agencies to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
The role involves activities primarily at the local level but will require close liaison and coordination with the Group’s international team to ensure alignment with broader corporate strategies and activities.
Qualifications and skills:
- University Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field.
- 4-5 years’ experience in corporate or marketing communications, content creation, managing digital channels, ideally within multinational environment. Insurance sector experience will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in English and Greek spoken and written.
- Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
- Teamwork player.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure within tight deadlines.
- Creative mind partnered with attention to detail.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
