Role Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the existing portfolio of client accounts and acquiring new clients. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and offering tailored solutions to protect their assets and mitigate risks.
Your Role:
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing a portfolio of client insurance accounts, handling inquiries, policy renewals, claims assistance, and policy adjustments.
Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products that align with clients’ needs, securing new business opportunities and expanding our client portfolio.
Helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance policies, ensuring they have the right coverage.
Traveling as required to meet clients, attend on-site meetings, and cultivate strong business relationship.
Preparing and presenting insurance proposals, negotiating terms with underwriters, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
Resolving clients’ complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
Working closely with Account Executives, Agents, and Claims teams to deliver seamless client experience.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Set and deliver budget objectives (growth and profitability).
What you bring:
BSc degree in Insurance, Finance, Economics or Business-related studies.
Proven experience in account management and knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills and building rapport easily.
Excellent Greek & English command.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of MS Office.
