We’re Hiring: Insurance Claims Specialist to join the Insurance Department of AVAX Group

Your Role:

Manage end-to-end insurance claims (CAR/EAR, liability, property, etc.)

Coordinate project teams, brokers, insurers, and loss adjusters

Analyze claims against contractual requirements and policy terms

Lead negotiations to secure optimal settlements

Ensure timely and strategic claim resolution

Profile:

Proven insurance claims experience (construction preferred)

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Solid understanding of corporate and construction insurance policies

Fluent in Greek & English
