About the job
Responsibilities·
· Provide high-level support to the Country Manager.
· Manage and prioritize the agenda, including scheduling meetings, preparing necessary materials, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
· Prepare and edit presentations
· Travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transfers
· Organizing and managing corporate events and sponsorships
· Supervise marketing campaigns and Social Media activities
· Plan, organize and execute PR activities
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
· Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting C-level executives
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite
· Fluent in Greek and English
Candidate skills/attributes
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
· Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
· Being a team player
