Role Description
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing retail insurance policies, including motor insurance, home insurance, small business insurance, and life insurance. You will handle client inquiries, issue quotations, process policy renewals, and manage the issuance of new policies through web portals of various insurance providers. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support clients through the entire insurance process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on retail policies (motor, home, small business, life insurance).
- Experience using web portals for issuing policies and generating quotations.
- Knowledge of policy renewals, underwriting processes, and general insurance products is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain insurance products and policies clearly to clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with web-based insurance portals.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to problem-solve and address client issues or inquiries in a timely manner.
