Role Description The Ασφαλιστικοί Πράκτορες role is a hybrid position based in Thessaloniki, with a combination of office presence and work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying client needs, presenting suitable insurance products, and providing clear, accurate information on coverage and benefits. Daily tasks include managing a portfolio of clients, conducting meetings and calls, preparing proposals, and supporting clients throughout the policy lifecycle, from initial consultation to claim handling. The agent collaborates closely with the broader A Team network, adheres to company and regulatory standards, and contributes to building long-term, trust-based relationships with individuals and families. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to understand and promote a range of insurance products.
- Candidates should possess experience in Insurance Brokerage and Finance, enabling them to advise clients on suitable coverage aligned with their financial situation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a client-centric approach.
