Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Insurance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in claims handling or a similar role within an insurance company or brokerage firm.
Excellent knowledge of claims processes (credit, motor, property, or liability).
Proven ability to assess and manage claims files, liaising effectively with adjusters, surveyors and clients.
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Excellent computer literacy (MS Office) and familiarity with insurance management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications:
Insurance certification (Insurance Broker’s license by the Bank of Greece).
Experience with international claims procedures.
Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
