Role Description
This is a hybrid role based in Athens with the possibility of some work from home. In this position, the Sales Consultant & Risk Analyst will be responsible for providing top-notch sales consulting services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include customer interactions, delivering consulting services, and ensuring high levels of customer service and communication. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs, propose suitable insurance products, and provide risk analysis to optimize their financial security.
Qualifications
- Sales Consulting and Consulting expertise
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s highly valued
- We welcome candidates from diverse academic backgrounds (business, economics, law, engineering, social sciences, etc.)
- Insurance certifications or licenses are a plus
