We are currently looking for a Project Manager.

As part of a dynamic Project Management team, you will support the organization in implementing its strategy by setting up, planning, and executing the company’s strategic projects in close collaboration with the involved business units.

Your day-to-day:

  • Project Management:Lead, plan, and deliver complex, high-impact projects ensuring timely and on-budget delivery aligned with business priorities.
  • Project Planning & Documentation: Maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and regular status reports to ensure effective tracking and communication.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with business, IT, and operational teams to ensure successful execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Risk & Problem Management: Identify potential risks early, resolve issues proactively, and drive corrective actions where needed.
  • Governance & Reporting: Manage project governance processes, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices within the PMO.

What we are looking for:

  • Educational Background:BSc or MSc degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in insurance, banking, or digital transformation projects.
  • Certifications: PMP® or an equivalent project management certification is required.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong grasp of project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project (or other PM tools such as Jira)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Self-Motivation: Able to take initiative and work independently, without constant supervision.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adjusting quickly to changing priorities or conditions.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Combines critical thinking with a long-term view to support sound decision-making.
