General description

Performs various business support activities. Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the commercial department (account managers and sales).

Responsibilities·

· Executes administrative tasks required to support the commercial department.

· Maintains system records to ensure integrity of data, including input of financial information, and may be responsible for the storing of data in electronic archives.

· Responsible for data entries in the ERP and CRM systems of the company to support commercial department for active/non-active policies/customers/prospects.

· Provides information and processes information, material and documents on request and may also liaise with information vendors and manage day to day relationships.

· Processes case files using strictly defined criteria (checklist) and approves cover / liability within own authority.

· Executes administrative tasks according to defined guidelines and procedures to retain, service and/or assist in acquisition of customer accounts.

· May be responsible for maintaining records and filing.

Qualifications

· University degree

· Excellent command of the English language

· Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

· Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.

· Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
